You will need to have the appropriate driving license, have the legal age for driving and also have good eyesight. The last thing is for making sure that you’re not color-blind. The people who have this affection can’t distinguish red from green, so they won’t be able to see the lights on the streets.

When you learn how to drive, you do it in an organized facility. There are plenty of driving schools to choose from, and you’ll be supervised by someone who is a qualified driver, in specially marked cars.

If you have a car on your name, it should be registered with DVLA, and you should also have the tax paid. Insurance is also mandatory, not just because you’re new at driving, but also because it can cover possible damage or injuries.

Contacting DVLA shall be binding when you change the address or the name, if you make any alterations to the car, if you sell the car or if you have a medical condition. The last situation can take away your driving rights, especially if you have a condition that can endanger you or the other participants to the traffic.
